My first attempt on Artist Trading Card (ATC)

Awhile back
I joined this facebook group
where a group of scrapbookers and paper crafters
gather to make monthly ATCs for exchange.

The first theme was "friendship"
And here is my take on it :)

Firstly, I used kraft cardstock and trim the cards to size
and use a boarder punch to create the notebook edge

Then I use distress ink to ink the edges
This instantly gives the paper a vintage look

I use a scallop circle punch to punch out several circle
which i then cut into half

attach down

Then i cut the white cardstocks into the ATC size
and attach the kraft cardstocks after i tie a burlap twine around
it's my favourite way of adding just a little texture to every card :)

Using stazon ink and Amy Tangerine Stamp set
i stamped the words "Hello Friend"

Then I use my favourite butterfly punch
to punch several butterflies out
there are 2 size
i strongly recomend this punch :)
LOVE IT TO BITS!
I usually punch a bunch from my scraps lying around my desk
and keep them in a zip lock bag

I stuck down the butterflies
using some glue dots that i roll up
so that the butterfly have a dimension

And I call this all done :)

Thanks for stopping by
Till next time !
